The solution is to start the product using right clicking on the product icon, and selecting "Right as Administrator" menu item.

Is it possible to recover my files emptied from recycle bin?
Yes, When a file is emptied from the recycle bin, the content of the file is not lost but the name of
the file is removed from the recycle bin list. The deleted space in the drive will be utilized to

Why is recovery to the same disk not recommended?
Recovery to the same disk may overwrite the very segments of the disk that you're trying to recover files from. That will not leave you another recovery chance.
